As far as I can recall the mc and ml know each other from the past when the ml used to visit the orphanage where the ml lived. I think the mom knows this and is maybe using that fact to bait/test her daughter. The mom gave the ml the aphrodisiac which led to this last chapter
every chapter i get more confused, can someone explain these recent chapters especially regarding the mom?
