So far what I get is:
He got framed by the pink hair guy.
His parents died,( not sure but maybe of an accident, and his brother is either sick or maybe side effect of the accident)
but I don’t understand where the debt is coming from, if he was an idol and stuff, did he not have some money put aside for times like this?
and from what I gather he is turning into an omega, from those tables that he took, during that pharma trial under the guise of suplimentes.
Also this story kind of give “ a tiger’s den” vibes.
But maybe just me.

for my understanding idol actually paid everything from the trainee days to debut means, dorm rent, lesson, the production, costumes, marketing everything going to get deducted from your pay settlement. Basically you don’t make everything for a while unless you are 0.1%(BTS don’t even make money a couple of years in) if you got disbanded/terminated usually set you to zero or debt from contract termination fee. That why you only see rich kid trainees these days.

or your company has lots of money, then they’ll usually put their trainees up in slightly better dorms and then once they debut that’s when they start taking it out of their pay then, or just withhold pay entirely until the company feels like they have been “paid back”
but yeah that’s why bts lived in a 2 bedroom dorm as trainees, one bedroom was taken up entirely by their clothes and shoes and so was just a giant closet and then all the members slept together in the other bedroom, on bunk beds stacked next to each other, bighit was literally on the verge of bankruptcy for the first like year after bts debuted because they were such a teeny tiny company and only had one other artist signed, a solo artist. Because jin comes from a wealthier household, he used to use his allowance from his parents to help buy groceries for him and the members and also “borrowed” pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses from his parent’s house to use in their dorm, also because his family home was quite close to their dorm so it was easy for him to bring things back there, thinking about all that makes me want to cry as an army, especially seeing how far they’ve come and how successful they are now, they never gave up and never let the cruel and nasty words and actions of others stop them from pursuing their dreams
