From what I know based on other people that spoiled it, basically the MC actually not living in novel but living in ML past, then MC eventually will go back to the future (not explain how) and ML will wait for MC to appear again for 13 years. After that MC was coma for 1 year and that's how ML able to found him again. ML actually found him when he give MC novel but after he got hit by the car, suddenly MC disappear (this actually when he time travel to ML past). So basically ML already lost MC twice. ML will be protective (and possibly possessive) since MC been gone for 13 years.
Another conflict will be about MC have similar/same face with SML first love who also ML tutor, SML accused ML for being the reason of tutor dead, while she's (tutor) actually just dying from cancer.
ML first love and last love is MC.
There's not much of conflict in this novel, so don't expect breakup etc.

I'm going to explain from how I understand the controversy about resemblance of Jaewon's face to another character. I assume the pretty lunatic white haired man is the second male lead and his first love is somehow Dojoon's tutor (maybe that's why they have a beef with eo) and this tutor is suffering from a cancer and second ml just assumes its Dojoon's fault. But I feel like he can't be bothered of something like a tutor cuz he smart himself. So I assume he does "wtvr idc" or something cuz yk he'll eventually fall for jaewon.
I also think this the face they keep mistaking is a she, a literal woman so yeah...

Ohmafuckingad, who the hell resembles jaewon that everyone keeps mistaking him as. Every character who saw him first keep saying he look familiar or asked if he's someone's brother and something. That's a fuckin hint preparing for a plot, so who is it!!? The old owner of the original character!!? Some important figure in the life of dojoon. Or a secret chaebol but he didn't know about it?? Like literally who is it that makes them think they're hallucinating??? My theories is running out so just please tell us!!
