If i'm correct, they mostly post short comics on twitter (at least i know them from twitter)
They are not the author, but just the artist responsible for the illustrations! The original work is by another person. That’s why the story is different from their usual work.

It's good to see such a nice story from this author! They normally do a lot of yandere content, so it's funny to see that everyone is moderately normal in this one!
