Absolutely, i was thinking the same. It makes the story feel strange in some point

It's called "comic relief" great stories that have far more depth, trauma and violence have it too. It's a a much needed break from the constant darkness.
I think for a story with this level of depth, trauma and violence, the “funny” scenes should be removed cause why would you give us a few chapters of fluffy or Seunghyun with a dick head etc just to show stuff like this right after? It severely compromises the plot and tone of it all, I’m not saying people that went tru trauma can’t have fun but it doesn’t feel like a linear story, it feels odd and then the constant hiatus does not help too, I guess the author needs to take some time off to truly see where they wanna take this but I won’t be surprised if they keep dwelling on the same thing again and again considering in Pearl Boy Jooha lost his memories even, maybe cause these are popular comics they would rather just stuff it with bs to make more money instead of giving a medium sized decent story with a solid beginning mid and ending
