Lol honestly a lotta things don't make sense, keeping people alive who are in coma in the modern day is possible due to modern tech, like giving them food through fluids, extracting their waste through tubes, etc..
Meanwhile, this man has supposedly been in a coma in mediaeval times, has a 6 pac, is immediately on his feet walking and talking, and is as healthy as a horse.
I know this is a useless comment- but why he have muscles? He was in coma for 3 years.
