I actually don't think Youji intended to go through with it (at least that last time when Towa walks in on them). I think he knew he'd be rejected. In fact, Nakatsu was rejecting him the first time Towa sees them and I'm willing to bet he didn't expect anything to happen that time, either. I suspect it's all just teasing with Youji, not serious.
I agree. He played with their emotions to bring them together (after we get the gist of their relationship. )
It was great.My only complain would be that Youji cheats on his wife,I felt disappointed when Nakatsu almost slept with him.
