Reality Check - Break for Artists

Your daily reality check that artists are humans and they really struggle behind the scenes, so be kind (esp since we're not even reading officially / reading for free). Would like to cite this one manhwa artist that initially announced hiatus which turned to a discontinument bcs she was so overworked and fans kept sending threats to her house on how the story should continie, which is how she ended up miscarriaging. So yeah. Be careful of your words and have consideration. In the end, manhwas are art pieces and should be done carefully / with time.

I agree! I find it insane how far people will go to spread negativity to an author who works so hard to give readers the best experience, just for them to receive hate in return for deciding to prioritize health over work. The author who had a miscarriage truly shocked and broke me, knowing how cruel some of these companies can be. I'm glad she decided to end it with them because companies that are willing to risk the health of an author who works nonstop, only to benefit themselves, never deserve any authors at all. Thank you for spreading the word.

That's reality... I wanted to know the ending of the story, but I couldn't even find its englist translation. This story is the same haha, the art quality is insanely good, the pacing has a slow burn, and there's no novel to read ahead. If this discontinues, idk what to do anymore
