it was hickeys caused by her “classmate.” he was overwhelmed with im assuming jealousy and the drug that made him act like that at the end.

I'm confused, were those scars or hickeys behind her back? Because the way I interpret it, he might have gotten frustrated about the little scars behind her.. or was it just a hickey that made him feel jealous?
