drop this book like right now then, im sorry this is actually the rest of the plot
I think it's slightly rushed in the webtoon cos it misses a lot of the internal monologue where J identifies LSY as exceedingly beautiful, but if you read the novel it's very clear that at this point they care for reach other regardless of knowing each other's identities or not. There's also hints in the webtoon of LSY randomly touching J way before he even suspects CEJ is J if you go back and reread

Yea that's there but it was a mix of bromance and flirting with bit of possessive case but for J to suddenly feel like that it feels creep and cringe and it feels like J's mostly influenced by the glimpse of future
I understand how it would seem like that, but it should be clear when we progress in the story that he's not being influenced by that, at least going by the novel
