This was hardest for me tbh—I started reading the novel when the manhwa only had less than 10 chapters in but didnt have enough motivation to really read until this month Ive decided to catch up from 100 to till the end and I wanna share the stuff I suffered & endured
100+ onwards before Part 2(i believe it ended up at 180+) was just them preparing for the apocalypse then ended with euijae waiting for sayoung to wake up
Fast forward CHAPTER 265 - The part where euijae was practically tied to the hospital bed because he became weak as a civilian and saying was like trying to control himself, basically J was becoming sick bc he only had 167 hours left before he will die in that 'world'? That world was the memorial dungeon basically clinging to sayoung's memories
Then fast forward to the leading chapters we're pure angst (with some good ones too) but Im telling u guys the PURE anguish and pain will start at chapter 300+ this was during euijae died in the memorial dungeon and sayoung, honeybee and student was stuck in that dungeon waiting for its end—honeybee and student was able to get out but sayoung choose to stay so that the cure could be found faster allat that stuff it was pure angst prepare yourself for that but during the time when the apocalypse I believe it was called the The White smth? It was only a 'Black hole' bc it had 'its' eyes closed etc etc then 20 minutes before sayoung FINALLY returned to the original world(current timeline) he heard euijae jumped straight into a big monsters mouth since it was a method he thought would help him defeat the apocalypse then obvs sayoung followed him anyway then Im not gonna spoil this part since its better if u read this on your own— its better that way
Then boom successfully ended the apocalypse by finding it core—basically ending that core made the world returned NORMAL before the rifs allat that appeared so basically no systems, hunters, awakened—BUT they all retain their powers like sayoung with his poison mingi with his..going everywhere and euijae still strong af(eps during the side stories where sayoung had to get hospitalized while having s*x with euijae CUZ euijae was so nervous he kicked him causing a fracture LMAOOO
But anyway yeah some hunters were basically unemployed some were promised civil jobs
And for those curious Chae Euijae didnt reveal to the world he was J since he said its pointless since "rifts" have now disappeared—he still continues working at the hangover soup restaurant and people still comes to his restaurant! And he and Sayoung lived happily ever after
No one died in the current timeline—Im not sure about Mathew but I think he survived also 'Artisan' I forgot genuinely if he survived or is just chilling
So yeah that marks the end of The Hunter wants to live well
100+ — nothing much happened other than them making out and finding out eo identify and them colliding with sayoung from the 2nd time line 200+ —I dont remember much but around 240+(estimation) they would be in a memorial dungeon where it was fated for that world to end(J dying etc) since that part actually helped the OTHER sayoung to finally have the answer why J died(it was bc J didnt want to mutate into a monster so he choose to die even tho he didnt want to die but knowing sayoung that if J didnt die he would just take J even if he was mutated to somewhere quiet and keep him there as long as Euijae was with him 300+ oh angst, not telling yall much here but it was HURT chapters nearing to the end — you'll be on edge but good thing none of the cast got hurt etc im js not sure about Matthew and Hong Artisan I mean
