Losing your family and being left alone is seriously messed up, Mikhail is so strong :(( he have to hold on to life trying to stay sane and I'm glad he found himself in Chris and Alex's fucked up father and son situation.
Chris situation is the literal the FUCKED UP REALITY: Trauma, Rape, Incest, Staying in the closet, Selling yourself, Marriage for Comfort, I just wanna give Chris a big hug (who wouldn't go crazy!?). It wasn't his fault to be born in that family, it wasn't his choice to be touched by his father, he just wanted to live, he was just living... I don't and will not hate Chris for how he treated Alex (not after all that shit he went though) but I can agree that he is a bad father.
See how Alex knew something is up with Chris and so he investigated what was the cause for the sake of his relationship with his father. He knew that never once did Chris neglect him he just didn't love them dearly. Alex is such an intelligent kid , I'm glad he found and led Mikhail into their lives, especially as Chris's Lover.
I have soo much stuff I want to say about this piece its incredible!! It makes me want to jump into the screen and yell or slap them in their senses. Netherless I was captivated on how fantastic it was written. Ty for sharing your story with us Chris & Mikhail! I really hope that there is a bright future for the of them as a family in the future.
