The author made it so clear for the entire story that Su-Ah has been UNCONSENSUALLY scenting Juhyeok since they were in middle school up until now. It's so clear as to why Juhyeok has some dislike for him and is using him since he literally can't complete his dream without him. Honestly It's the LEAST he deserves for the shit he did.
And Su-Ah KNOWS THAT. I would go as far as to say Su-Ah groomed him, but that is a far reach.
