I think he would actually feel kinda blessed to not having to worry about his second gender anymore.. like he can just be himself now without any worries (if the dream was real)
Peak, but I'm also curious abt his og body. We didn't get any closure abt that also his current self's past soul? Did he die, too? 'Cause that's so tragic?? Or did they switch bodies after they died in their og bodies?
That'd be even more tragic for the other version of the MC, 'cause imagine having a good work-life balance and then suffering in a different life, at the same company, with the same people you knew but they don't know you and now they treat you with indifference/hostility.
Maybe he and the other version of the ML got together in that world and they're living happily.
That would have been so cool to see, like if the author made a seperate manga abt their other versions getting together.
