I would recommend that you seek therapy, it helped out with my Child Sa and it's been hard to tell people, but the more you talk about it the more easier it is to process the trauma. I'm sorry that happened to you but you should seek out help, it's not good bottling I get how that may feel. But I hope your okay really and I hope you get everything out of life that you dream of.
