You cant know the ml is awful if you feel that way. He quite literally raped the mc and forced him to be with child so he’d be tethered to him forever..
I agree with you , but still without ML the MC is dead ages ago, he is a black flag yes but that black flag saved him several times, and gave him safety and a title , even MC knows he doesnt hate ML he said he liked him a little and then, he choose to follow a stranger and a servant hungry for money thats the dumbest decision. Like that stranger is going to give him more stability , we all know he is gonna kill his child first thing because he is the heir to his father. How can he trust someone who betrayed his lord after so many years just for money when he is already pretty rich. I think i can write a book about how dumb is his decision
I know ML is awful but still after saving MC’s life many times it pains me how he is agreeing on treason that means ML’s death and the child too.. also he is okay with that when he still said he does like him a little.
