well loki wanted to be a pirate right? i think it would be opposite of what happened with vivi because in her case there was no one else who could take over but in this case there is also harjudin who could take over..... so i think its more 60/40 on if he joins especially cause he might end up respecting Luffy the way he did rocks so kinda like a full circle moment if that makes sense....
