So ever since he met eunyong, he never slept with anyone else especially after he died. He was just so heartbroken and kept looking for the reincarnation of eunyong, in that period he never slept with anyone UNTIL he met geunyong cause he looks exactly as like the mc in the joseon era

The only thing mentioned/hinted in the manhwa was the ml has been in a relationship other people(not mentioned in the manhwa if he has slept with them), but the relationships were described to be pitiful because in the end those people were actually pretending to be the reincarnation of the mc just to take advantage of him, leaving the ml to be betrayed and heartbroken each time. Thats how its described and understood from the manhwa
