Even from the 1st chapter - the mc (& narrator) constantly calls her a pig, then go on to point out that she has bad body odor and acne, all because she's fat. Then the excessive "thud" sound effects when she's running. Everyone around her is horrible. The apparent ml sees her as less than human, saying she's a fatty that can speak human. Triggering forsure. Do not read if you've ever had disordered eating/thoughts. You can tell how much self hate the author has.
