I think that’s why the confession is being delayed, the moment when Jaekyung will realise he loves Dan will be after whatever scheme Jumin has cooked.
I bet it’s either kidnapping Dan and blackmailing Jaekyung to lose the match on purpose….that would be the real test, if he can lose a match for Dan and choose Dan rather than victory
