Maybe unconsciously he could feel the guilt and affection from JK and also JK has always been nicer to Kim Dan when drunk so Kim Dan felt he could be more vulnerable with JK and they could talk more like equals when JK is drunk so he followed his instinct but in the light of morning reality set in
Hmmm, a lot of emotions this chapter cause of Dan and Jk conversation. I like that Dan is wanting his distance but I feel his words contradict how he was the chapter they had sex. I’m glad author isn’t rushing Jk process of his emotions and behaviors. As this isn’t a quick turn around for people irl.
