searching for a manga!

i read it a long time ago and wanted to reread it but with my already read list gone i cant find it anymore TT
it was a bl. a guy working for some publishing company was transferred (i think) to bl manga and had to edit those and he tried reading one bl manga and was shocked about how the mangaka was so detailed with drawing dck and he and the mangaka kinda start doing it and end up falling in love
