PLS help me find this

All I remember is that the bottom lost his memory after something happened and he was taken in by an elderly woman and then the top finds him and brings him home and the bottom mistakes him as his brother at first

Okay I remembered more- so the bottom was kidnapped and drugged and then he escaped and made his way to the mountainside while the top was looking for him
