I dont know the English name but it is 针锋相对. Kind of similar, but not morally sound. ML rapes and blackmail MC at first, but it's kind of similar in terms of plot.
MC also worked from the bottom up, is kind of like the mentee of ML dad, and ML was entrusted to MC to teach him the ropes of business world
