so it might be incest but might not be bc they have no taboo around the relationship besides being gay, so im guessing its more like the top is just a close family friend or his brother/sister married into the bottom's moms family, so they arent blood related but their families are in the same tree
- when the bottom met the tops parent he had seen them once before which would not really be the case if it was his grandparents yk
