I wanna say it's mostly because the translator doesn't go back to review the sections they do lol. To my understanding, korean is rather "gender neutral," so it's understandable they pick one or the other. But your frustration is valid:P happens a lottttt

its the scanlations group lol theres loads of lazy scanlations like demonicscans that just dont bother checking their work. in chinese there is no distinguishing pronoun for he/ her so i assume its like that for korean too. i assume they just dont care enough to see if the pronouns are correct or if the names are, like ive seen them use a lot of different variations rather than stick to one
