"scums wish" is the only one I can think of. it has a love square where a student has a crush on their music teacher but the teacher is a woman not a man so i guess its not this one.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, I'M GOING CRAZY TRYING TO FIND THIS PLEASE. So this is a manga and it's on school. It's a shifting pov, so it's like there's three or four friends (2 girls, 2 boys), one of the girl secretly likes her teacher (teacher is handsome AND THERE WAS A CHAPTER WHERE HE WAS A MUSIC CONDUCTOR), then turns out one of the male friend likes that girl, and then the last girl actually likes that boy who likes the other girl. SOMEONE HELP ME, I WAS TRYING TO MARINATE IT THEN I FORGOT THE TITLE
