Not really. Another character fell in love with the MC sure but it didn't go anywhere since the MC and ML were in love the entire time. He was more like a friend/ally who was very important but it doesn't really matter.
I stopped reading around volume 4 or 5 (a long time ago). People in the comments are talking about a love triangle, which I don't even remotely remember. Does this turn into a love triangle?
