I don't agree with him either but I think MC went too far. There's a limit on how bad you can treat people

All that happened to suah was the consequences of his own actions. Suah is not the victim here

I defend Suah because the whole scenting thing started as a CHILD. He was a literal kid, so of course his judgement was akin to that of a child his age, but Juhyeok’s whole asshole arc began as an ADULT. Also, until this last chapter Juhyeok didn’t regret treating Suah like trash (let’s remember he is reflecting on his actions because his training camp is compromised and he needs to gain Suah’s favor again, even if Juhyeok genuinely likes him back). Lastly, let’s come back to the real world in that Omegaverse universe: doctors specialized in secondary sex exist, if he wanted to get the scenting thing fixed, he could’ve just gone to the doctor and explain the whole situation and get some actual factual medical aid ( ̄∇ ̄")

And what was stopping him from telling Juhyeok? He started it as a child but continued as an adult..? Also, I’m also I’m all for him going to the doctor and not relying on Suah, so that we agree

So, actually Juhyeok found out not soon after Suah started scenting him. It was chapter three or four when everyone underwent a medical evaluation, and a doctor asked him about it and told him what it meant, and then he went and punched Suah (for a good reason, let’s be for real) because he knew it was him. Honestly, at this point in time, the scenting could’ve been stopped if only that doctor informed the teachers or the parents, but apparently, she couldn’t care less even tho it is considered a crime (Juhyeok said it a couple times throughout the story, so you can really see a little glimpse of this world in a legal sense), or maybe saw it as a child’s play given their age, who knows. For all that we know until now, maybe the parents were informed and they decided not to take any measures or just also considered it something minor, and all of these conducts really affected the way in which Suah grew up and viewed the world, specially since he came from an omega family. I genuinely think Suah believes it is his duty to protect Juhyeok, that’s why he is doing the bs he is doing with the scenting; if he thought it was something non beneficial for Juhyeok, he wouldn’t be doing it ( ̄∇ ̄")
