The pace between the novel and manhwa are pretty much the same like 2 - 3 chapter difference. You wouldn't miss much. So it's better to wait for the manhwa

The novel is way ahead(862 chapters) Honestly, I recommend reading it because it has details that the manhwa left out. Don't worry about not going back to read the manhwa because there are many characters (Demon Supremes e.g.) who haven't been introduced yet. I'm waiting to see how they'll look like, hahaha
Nooooo now I'm torn again i love the manhwa art too!
