Its no one's fault. In the previous chapters garam was lowkey having thoughts of burdening Jaehyuk. This matter could be resolved if they talk it out. But welp, hopefully garam should learn to forget the past and remember the jaehyuk loves him so much
I understand that Garam wanted to be the first to give the rings, but this reaction is absolutely not OK. Jaehyuk is really doing his best and showing his love very openly, especially after his asshole behavior at the beginning. I hope Garam explains his behavior in the next chapter.
