The story was pretty good! It's unique in its own right. I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it "pseudo incest" even though it was posed that way since neither of them really saw each other as siblings (both learned extremely early on that Anissa was not blood related). It felt a bit more like close childhood friends that lived in the same house rather than brother and sister.

For me they did. If you think about it, he raised her in a way that cna be considered as a brother with his younger sister, but I guess that's just me.
