basically, the old lady got cheated on by the husband, and she felt old and ugly, then she met the housekeeper and started sleeping with her, she then started to look younger. But at the end we realized, she did not become younger, the housekeeper was a gold digger who mannipulated her into thinking she was pretty and young again so she could have her money
