I got spoiled that she wouldn't choose anyone but herself in the end but it's still surprising and heart-wrenching that she didn't give Mary a chance. Ik that we're imperfect and flawed; I also understand how painful it is for the MC to experience all of that manipulation but I don't like the idea of 'revenge' as an ending part because no matter how much pain other people gave me, I never wanted to intentionally hurt them as well.
