Basically the anime doesn't cover the whole citrus manga so you should start from Citrus chp 21(around 6 or 7 volume) where the anime ended,after that you can read this Citrus Plus which is an ongoing sequel and then there's Citrus Cosmic Anthalogy(optional),its a side story and contains funny moments.
