Both the author and the artist just posted an update on their twt accounts. The author had some health problems and also suffered a personal loss last year, which caused a delay for season 4. They are doing better now and are working on bringing season 4 mid-year!! C. R. Jade also clarified that Diamond Dust was always planned to be published in a way that wouldn’t interfere with this work, but they hadn’t mentioned it before when the rumours started because they didn’t want to put pressure on Ananas.
