Confusing no, the overall plotline is clear, but understanding the meaning of every line is like reading a poem. I understand the factual reality of the events, but understanding the motives, thoughs, feelings behind their actions, I feel like I didn't grasp it all...

I agree, the story is beautifully written and the plot and overall idea is very clear. However, a lot of the lines seem to have deeper meanings and more complexity that requires you to actually stop and think about at times. It’s not hard to understand, but I think it requires more thought when reading certain parts.
