I was too but honestly i will give him the benefit of the doubt, like he's old he has seen so many things, when he said what he said to tyr i think he knows what oaths do when it comes to wrong people.

My Theory is maybe he was a member of the church, has seen the ugly side of things and learning too much of it. That's why his actions seem way suspicious and also he's too cautious?

I really hope he is in tyre's side
