if you can get past chapter 5, 6, 7, and the mc’s massive own ego up till chapter 15 aka when shit actually gets good onward, then yeah the ml ‘does’ love the mc (slow burn with a happy ending and side stories) even if both mc and ml are both equal pieces of shit (they’re both not good people, and that’s what makes them really good as characters imo)
