Bro the way this was a rollercoaster made me take a week long break from reading it NGL. Then I was like UGH ok just 20 more chapters and I can meet this off my Google tabs like bro how are you THAT blind? Even I don't go on social media or watch the news but I still know things like chick fil a was homophobic and trump got his ear shot off
Sure, the mc is a bit stupid and too trusting, I don't even mind that since I'm the same way myself (hopefully I'm not that stupid, who knows). What really cemented this as one of my favourites is the chapter when the ml FINALLY realises the mc had been suffering for years. I keep going back to reread it because that regret is so fucking tasty (chapter 69 onwards).
