Tobita and Masumi have trouble communicating their love and needs for each other. They clearly love each other but since their relationship started out as bdsm & sex, they are having a hard time transitioning to a “domestic” relationship. In the aquarium, Tobita runs away after he hears Masumi call him his lover because he is scared and uncomfortable with being loved. The next scene is them doing some freaky shit because that is the only way Tobita knows how to reciprocate! Masumi is initially uncomfortable with hurting Tobita and doesn’t know how to make him feel good. After they have vanilla sex, Tobita is afraid again (similar to aquarium part) and he once again runs away from love. Obviously they both can’t stand being apart, but in their time away they realize they do love each other and so they decide to try again. We don’t get to see if their relationship is still following the sub/dom, but they love each other and they want to make each other happy :) Relationships are often very messy in real life and this manga honestly feels so real Σ( ￣□￣||) I too have ran away (literally) from people who I love (who also love me).
