Okay as the story is? Penelope and Ahwin is the best!
BUTTTT a story set up where Penelope and Betty ended up getting together would be such a fun read with the dynamics of everyone involved + would be interesting to see that back and forth pull between them.
So I say ship whatever you want and you can like multiple ships!!! Have fun with the ideas
