right there with you — i don’t think i’ve come across a single bl that incorporates the quarter life crisis as the driving force behind the story. that moment in time is the official loss of childhood when crossing over from college to career, and mirai is written quite well as someone who is undergoing this, but unfortunately the noncon immediately destroyed the foundation of the mc & ml’s longtime friendship for me, and really couldn’t support them without feeling icky about it
