They aren’t related by blood but it’s understandable why it’s difficult to accept. the ML has a twisted love, like I think he genuinely likes his MC but has some weird desires? he wanted mc to know about this side too? The parents death caused it? He is a mix of a bit of sociopathic +yandere and manipulative.it seems that even the mom didn’t try to integrate MC in the family…the younger bro was a real piece of shit and deserved what happened to him…
