I am ashamed of how much i like this story knowing how messed up the whole premise is... It is surprising how deep this story is (but incest is gross af sooo) like yall dont get how many layers this story has im surprised how author pulled this. I rlly like how Haruto's mental health issues are addressed. They acknowledge the fact that burnout is something that can happen even to the most capable people, and how Haruto realized how empty he is when his only goal in life is messed with. I love how the twisted people in the story are shown subtly from the start to be fucked up (Asahi and Miki chan) Miki chan with her whole pet-play thing, making Haruto someone who relied only on her forever, tho she knows she is twisted at least. On the other hand, Asahi didn't even think that what he is doing is wrong. He is a VERY VEEERY interesting character. for some reason it is shown that even since he was a kid, he had almost no attachments to "family". It is ooobvious he hates his family, he only cares about Haruto and even then he thought he actually hated him for some time...it is obvious he dislikes his mom a lot (i mean, he has a point that she should have been the one working and NOT her friggin child, she messed with Haruto's goals and Im glad he pointed it out more than once), but the fact that he is selfish af and doesn't notice until ch 5 is amazing. And how forceful he is, using the excuse that he is bigger and stronger than Haruto to "scare" him...I am glad he kinda noticed and decided to stop being so pushy in the extra. That does not mean he is a good person, he is still gross. Anyways i love how flawed the characters are and how it seems they r working to be better. Oh right, it is incest.
