the setting is in dystopian world. MC is a prodigy(?) someone that should be in high status if everything goes normal. but when he is still a kid, he lets a wanted kid take shelter in his room (i think his name is related to rat, Nezumi?). because of that he got monitored by the adult.
when he is working as an adult, he suddenly got accused of murdering a man. but Nezumi suddenly appear and help the MC escape the city. i forget why but the MC get sick after leaving the city and fall into a three day coma. when he wakes up his blue hair become white and his eyes turn red.
