heavily agreed, jaeui lowkey pisses me off for that exact reason. he never really even truly asked how tae was doing all this time and what he went through to meet him, even when it’s pretty evident he went through a lot, nor does he really seem to care. like, come on dude. but you’re right, how they grew up definitely effected their relationship and how they interact with each other (because how can it not???). they deserved better.
Is this from the manhwa or the novel?
I was hoping they had a much better relationship. It’s tough to judge from these chapters as we don’t get Jay’s internal monologue and he expresses himself very differently compared to Tay. He’s more aloof like indifferent and living in his own head / little world.

this arc always makes me so sad because i wish the twins had a better relationship. taeui really goes above and beyond for jaeui in a way that jaeui doesn’t for taeui. that’s not to say that they don’t love each other but jaeui is far more selfish in his actions than taeui is. i blame their stupid uncle for all this, just imagine a world where the twins got to grow in a normal healthy environment instead being groomed to be tools for war. ugh lowkey can ilay just do the thing already so i dont have to continue being depressed by the twins relationship.
