And the empress is suddenly locked up in very last chapters?! So annoying, should've done that ages ago. And the empress was a villain but not - like she never went for the easy targets, the mcs people and allies.
Also, wouldn't it have been a good twist if the reason the Cecilia flowers were in the garden, was because the mcs mother was actually trying to cure the 1st prince because the Prince's incurable disease was actually the same one as the little girl (in an alternate universe). Then the empress would've felt like even more of a fool.
And why the witch at the end die so easily? And how come Levan could get such exact info about the empress, but not about the mysterious witch with the robe? WAIT he did, mc saw a name in logs but story never delved into it and decided to just kill witch and make maid confess to all crimes of empress. Damn what a waste.
And we never saw Felix again. I feel like there was so much potential but had to rushed and cut short
