as someone whos poly relationships like this still exist and can/is p poly. swingers and open relationships are perfectly fine alternative relationship life styles that exist.. the communication needed for them to work is imo, pretty poly. polyamory is not one set type of relationship
i also say this as someone in a relationship similar to this sometimes they can grow into reciprocated w all parties or stay as a more open marriage/relationship structure like these 3. i think the only weird thing is the implication that all 3 are dating each other when in reality its more like 2 are dating 1.. the wording is realy weird but then again its yaoi sex = dating in half of these LMAO
