Though thinking about it I'd be sad too if I bought rings and my partner said that... but I'd be sad and embarrassed not angry. I think J is being dramatic but he kind of always is. And Garam is being too repressed - as he often is too. I hope they can actually talk it out. Garam seems to not actually believe in J which is sad.
